About Nur
Hi! I’m a Mathematics Education student currently pursuing my Bachelor of Education (Mathematics) at UiTM. My journey as a tutor actually started back in 2020 during my SPM days, when I would teach Math to my friends at the hostel using a whiteboard. Since then, I’ve continued gaining experience through both individual and group teaching.
I decided to tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping others understand Math. As someone who is studying to become a teacher, I also see tutoring as an opportunity to gain real teaching experience and understand how to work with different students and learning styles.
For me, teaching is not only about getting the right answer. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, understand the concepts behind the formulas, and become more confident in solving problems independently. I hope to make Math feel less intimidating and more manageable, one step at a time 🤍

My approach to private tutoring is simple: I want you to understand Math, not just memorize formulas. I believe every student learns differently, so I will adjust my explanation based on your level and learning style. If a topic feels difficult, we will break it down into smaller, easier steps until it makes sense.
I’m patient, friendly, and I won’t judge you for getting an answer wrong or not understanding something the first time. Instead, mistakes are part of the learning process. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can ask questions freely, build your confidence, and eventually solve questions independently.
Whether you’re struggling with the basics, preparing for exams, or simply want to improve your grades, I’ll work with you at your own pace and support you throughout the learning process. 🫶🏻
