About Anastasia

I am here to make use of my diverse academic and practical experience to help students think outside of the box. Achieving a First Class degree in bachelor of science in mathematics, I am confident that I can help you find out the right learning methods to succeed. I am a very sociable person and enjoy any sort of conversation, so apart from being a tutor, I am also a good listener and can come up with interesting conversations to break the ice during a tutoring session.

About the lesson

> I am pioneer of practical-based learning methodologies. I am convinced that for most people, mathematics can be efficiently taught from the lenses of applications rather than pure abstract theory.
> I always complement my lessons with fun facts, as such the question "Why am I learning this at all?" will always be satisfied.
> My sessions are 1 hour minimum so I can give enough attention to my students. On average, I dedicate 50 mins to hard work (explanations + practice), and 10 mins to an informal discussion to better know my student.
> A bit about me: After completing my French Baccalaureate degree (scientific stream, with a specialisation in mathematics) with a 18.90/20 average, I came to the London School of Economics to pursue a degree in Mathematics with Economics, with a minor in data science and AI.
