About Sadie
My fascination with mathematics began early, driven by curiosity about patterns, logic, and problem-solving. I completed a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, gaining both theoretical foundations and practical problem-solving experience. Over 10 years, I have guided students from foundational concepts to advanced problem-solving, helping them build mastery, confidence, and analytical ability. I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability, using stepwise explanations, visualizations, and real-life applications to make abstract concepts tangible. I encourage independent reasoning, curiosity, and exploration, fostering both understanding and confidence. My lessons emphasize deep comprehension and logical analysis over memorization, promoting long-term retention and analytical skill development. Outside teaching, I engage in applied mathematics projects, research, and problem-solving challenges, integrating practical relevance into lessons.
