About Ibrahim
I recently completed my degree in Mathematics and will be starting a Master's in Statistics at the University of Warwick. My own journey with maths hasn’t always been straightforward, which is one of the reasons I want to teach. I know what it feels like to struggle with a topic, but also how rewarding it is when things finally click and your confidence starts to grow. I want to help students reach their own goals, whether that means passing an exam, improving by a few grades, or aiming for the very top marks.

I understand that everyone has different goals in maths. For some students, the aim is simply to pass and build confidence, while for others it is to achieve the highest possible grades. I’ve experienced both sides myself at different points in my education, so I understand the challenges that come with each. In my lessons, I’ll share the approaches, techniques and ways of thinking that helped me improve and become successful in maths, while adapting everything to your own goals and learning style.

Details
I charge £40 an hour for in person, and £25 an hour for online lessons. Prices can be negotiated if lessons are on a consistent basis. I also offer free application assistance to all my students (personal statement/CV). I personally have received offers from Warwick, LSE, UCL, Durham, and have helped students get into Oxford, Cambridge and Imperial.
