About Amelia
I am a masters student currently studying at the university of Kent. I have 8 GCSE and 3 A-levels. I also have a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the university of Kent. The last year I have been tutoring a student for their 11+ exams in September. Once I graduate in 2022, I will begin my path into accounting but until then I hope to help as many students achieve their goals as I can. I have seen a great increase in my students' potential and interest in mathematics. 1-1 has greatly built their confidence in maths and ability to understand the content deeper.

My teaching method is to teach the child based on what topics or subjects the parents suggest or the exam board suggests. I will teach topic by topic following the exam board guide and give questions to go through in every lesson. At the end of each completed topic, I will give an end of topic test and go through any incorrect answers. I will also update parents on every end of topic test and their progress throughout. With every end of topic test, i will incorporate questions from the previous topics to ensure the building of a foundation. I hope to gradually build up their knowledge by ensuring their thorough understanding of Mathematical concepts.
