About Silas
I earned a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, providing a solid foundation in both theoretical principles and applied problem-solving techniques. Over 9 years, I have worked with students of varying abilities, guiding them through topics ranging from basic algebra to advanced calculus, with a focus on understanding, confidence-building, and independent thinking.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes clarity, adaptability, and engagement. Lessons are designed to be interactive, practical, and visually intuitive, helping learners internalize concepts while developing problem-solving skills. I encourage students to ask questions, explore multiple methods, and reflect on solutions to strengthen analytical thinking and reasoning ability.
