About Roberta
I want to teach maths because it is a subject that ignites my passion and curiosity. There's a unique joy in solving problems and uncovering patterns, and I want to share that excitement with my students. Teaching maths allows me to inspire and empower young minds, helping them to overcome challenges and discover their own love for learning. The opportunity to make a lasting impact on their academic journey and watch them grow gives me immense fulfilment and purpose.

We would work through problem areas by making sure the fundamental ideas are understood, then building this to grasp the bigger picture. Followed by the most important part of this process which is always practice. Failing problems and understanding how and why your solution was incorrect is the most beneficial way to learn maths.
Typical lesson length 1 hour, online, can be longer if needed. Lessons are for upcoming GCSE students and A-level students of any age.
I have one year of experience tutoring A-level students in further maths and physics, my sixth form requested me to tutor for them in my gap year. I achieved a 9 in maths at GCSE and A* at A-level and an A in further maths (self taught A-level). Currently studying MMORSE as a 3rd year student at Warwick University.
