As a dedicated math educator with over 30 years of experience, I am committed to making math engaging and accessible for students in grades 6–12. I hold both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Mathematics from Jackson State University and began my teaching journey with Teach for America. My teaching philosophy centers on high expectations, fostering independence, and building confidence. I transform math into an enjoyable subject through creativity, games, and real-world applications, creating a balanced environment of fun and discipline. Typical Lesson Plan:
