About Heidi
I have had years of experience working with children. I have also done subbing here and there in Sioux Falls SD. I prefer to work one-on-one with students so I can give all of my attention to them.
A few other things about me:
*I'm a student at South Dakota Mines working towards a bachelor's in Mathematics, I have taken all courses up to Calculus 3, and I'm still working my way through more!
*I am also a cheerleader here at Mines
*I love to sing, fun fact, math, and singing are correlated!
*I have a wonderful fat cat who would love to meet you virtually!

My philosophy is always practice makes perfect.
Mastering Mathematics is all about practice. With my students, we will find the problem areas and work through them with a number of different exercises that match their needs.
With math, every student is different, therefore every student will be receiving different types of guidance based on what they need, whether it's practicing arithmetic or getting help on complex Calculus. Sometimes, all a student needs is to learn from a different perspective.
