While managing his tutoring company, the "DREAM TEAM des étudiants" (Students' DREAM TEAM), which exclusively employs students to offer them rewarding work, he continues to teach privately. His method is student-centered: • Personalization: He identifies each student's specific needs and ensures that the support provided is perfectly aligned with the school teacher's guidelines. • Brain Training: Convinced that mathematics is an intellectual exercise where practice leads to improvement, he emphasizes this aspect to overcome the sometimes tedious nature of the subject. • Learning by Example: To reveal "the hidden meaning of math," he uses repetition and visualization through numerous concrete examples. • Regular Practice: Additional homework is systematically provided to reinforce practice.
