About Myra

My interest in Mathematics started with a love for patterns, numbers, and logical thinking. I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics before earning a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics. During the last 7 years, I have worked with students from different academic backgrounds and helped them improve their understanding through simple and structured teaching.

I believe good teaching should make difficult ideas feel manageable. My lessons are patient, flexible, and adapted to each learner's pace. I encourage students to ask questions and understand the reasoning behind every solution rather than relying on memorisation alone.

Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring mathematical puzzles and reading about modern applications of mathematics in science and technology. These interests help me bring fresh perspectives into my lessons. Helping students become more confident and independent thinkers is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

About the lesson

My Maths lessons are built around understanding ideas instead of memorising formulas. I teach topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, and statistics through simple explanations and practical examples. I believe students learn better when they understand why a method works, so every lesson focuses on building strong foundations. Step-by-step guidance and regular practice help learners feel more comfortable with challenging problems.

Every student has a different learning style, so I adjust my teaching approach to suit individual needs. Beginners work on strengthening basic concepts and calculation skills, while more experienced learners develop confidence with advanced problem solving and mathematical reasoning. Practice exercises and guided discussions help students improve accuracy and speed without feeling pressured.

Mathematics develops patience, logical thinking, and confidence. My goal is to help students approach every problem with a clear strategy instead of fear. Through supportive lessons and steady encouragement, learners discover that Maths can become one of their strongest subjects.
