About Anvika
My passion for mathematics began with curiosity about patterns, logical reasoning, and structured problem-solving. I earned a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, specializing in algebra, geometry, and applied problem-solving. Over 9 years, I have guided learners from elementary school math to middle school math, advanced algebra, geometry, and SAT math, helping them build confidence, analytical skills, and conceptual clarity. I design engaging, structured lessons that foster curiosity, independent thinking, and practical application. I tailor lessons to each learner’s needs. Beginners focus on arithmetic, fractions, and number sense. Intermediate learners tackle multi-step algebra, geometric reasoning, and applied exercises. Advanced learners work on SAT-style questions, coordinate geometry, and higher-level algebra, cultivating independent analytical skills, problem-solving confidence, and resilience. My teaching emphasizes curiosity, structured thinking, and perseverance. Outside the classroom, I explore mathematical applications, innovative teaching methods, and problem-solving strategies to enrich lessons. Witnessing students develop mastery, confidence, and curiosity is deeply rewarding. My goal is to prepare learners to approach mathematics creatively, logically, and independently.
