While teaching the most important and effective methodology is to engage and teach, most of the times students tend to loose interest because of the low energy of the teacher, at the end all the teachers have the same amount of knowledge they all have read the same books but the fact that matters do they really know how to engage the kids, for engaging kids we may use the following
Using examples from real life offer a better understanding to the students, interactive sessions offer better engagement, knowing your student in and out makes your connection strong, always offering bookish knowledge will make it boring for them, surprise them everyday, give them knowledge about their interest areas, but yes keeping a track on completing the syllabus is also important

Although Arjun and I were engineering students of the same batch 2012-16 but he had been my teacher as well, right from my 1st semester he tought me a lot of subjects including engineeirng physics, he is a great teacher and knows those tiny cheat codes to make concepts easy, also his problem solving skills in maths are good
