About Rishi
I'm a young enthusiastic maths and physics nerd who wants to help students get better at subjects like this. I do this because during my time doing GCSEs I saw the struggle a lot of students went through when trying to study or understand a concept. I want to be able to give someone the knowledge and knowhow in a way they personally understand, so that it is not a matter of I throw information at you and you are expected to regurgitate it, I want students to understand why it works and how they can get better at it. While helping students in my cohort study I realised I'm really good at getting students to understand concepts that they never understood and now I want to help as many students as I can understand these hard concepts because I think subjects like maths and physics are really good for problem solving in the future.

Lengths of lessons would be approximately an hour with a 5 minute break half way through, the Pomodoro technique. This is done as it gives the mind a small quick break giving the tutor and tutee the ability to fully focus for one full hour and not feel distracted or bored and actually take in more information while learning. I can tutor for all ages up to year 11. I have past experience as a tutor for younger kids aged 12 for catching up in class but I have also tutored people older at the ages of 15 preparing for GCSEs and GCSE mock exams. I believe everyone should be able to achieve the grades they want, they just need to put the work in. At the end there will be a 5 minute review on what the tutee has learnt.
