About Mikki
I’m a Second Year Maths and Physics student at Warwick. I took Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A Level as well as Chemistry AS. I also took the MAT, STEP and got an offer for Mathematics with Physics at Cambridge so I can give some advice on the Oxbridge interview process for Maths.
In school, I was a Maths Mentor and helped lower years who were struggling in Maths as well as volunteering at a Primary School, giving one-on-one lessons during Year 12.
Although I never really had any problems with Maths at school, I understand what it's like to really struggle in a subject and will cater my lessons to a wide range of students, whether you want to try and pass your Maths GCSE or you're looking to take it further and want advice on the University admissions process.

I plan on mixing visual/interactive descriptions of whatever students don't understand with practice of exam questions to build up confidence.
I hope to help students see things in a different way to how we're taught at school so that they can better visualise and understand the material and get a more intuitive feel for Maths/Physics. Then once we have the basics, we can practice exam questions to build up confidence. I enjoy talking about and finding new ways to look at things in Maths and Physics so I will do my best to understand your way of thinking and find a unique way of explaining things that works for you.
