About Noel
I am an Engineer from Monash, I started out giving private lessons to my friends from high school who was finding maths hard to understand. By understanding which concepts they were having trouble with and being able to communicate in the same wavelenth I was able to break down complicated concepts into simpler ones. And for the exams what made me happier than my 97% was all my friends scored a 90%+. Ever since then I have taught multiple students through graduation and during my post-graduation.

I believe that students find a concept hard not because the concept itself is complicated, but because certain fundamentals were not conveyed properly. So I always try to build a strong fundamental understanding first and then build on top of that. I try to relate what I teach with real-world applications so that students can visualise the concepts. Its is my strong belief that the duty of a teacher is not to teach a concept but to teach the students how to learn by themselves independently and therefore I focus on how the students should approach a concept. I also believe it is important to build a very friendly and open relationship with students, this helps students convey doubts and increase their confidence.
