About Chris
I am a first-year student at Queen Mary University of London with a strong academic background in Mathematics and problem-solving. I achieved A* in Mathematics, A in Further Mathematics, A in Chemistry, and B in Physics at A-Level.
I have prior experience in helping other students understand challenging topics through peer tutoring and mentoring. I enjoy breaking complex problems into simple, logical steps and adapting my explanations to each student's level and learning style.
I use a well-structured and analytical approach to teaching, focusing on both conceptual understanding and exam technique.
My aim is to help students build confidence, improve their grades, and develop a genuine appreciation for mathematics.

I tailor every lesson to the student's individual needs and learning style. Having achieved A* in Mathematics and now studying at Queen Mary University of London, I understand how to explain difficult concepts clearly and logically.
I ensure that the lessons are well structured, engaging which are focused on building strong understanding rather than memorisation. I teach GCSE and A-Level Mathematics, Further Mathematics (Further Mechanics I & Further Statistics I), and a few selected Physics topics. I use worked examples, step-by-step explanations, and exam-style questions to strengthen problem-solving skills and boost confidence.
I also share effective revision techniques, exam strategies, and common mistakes to avoid. My goal is to help students achieve excellent results while developing genuine confidence and enjoyment in mathematics.
