Initially, Ajay was found online by my friend who booked the trial session as a way for me to get back into Taekwondo.

I hadn’t trained for a year, and he was very patient, encouraging, and demonstrated variations of the Taekwondo moves that were suitable for my ability.

The overall trial session was great, especially for building back up stamina, agility, and power. Ajay instructed me through some drills, starting off with a warm-up, cardio, practicing kicks, core exercises, and a cooldown.

I highly recommend Ajay, especially for those looking to get back into Taekwondo or improve overall fitness.

AJ is really a top coach, he takes time to explain the finer aspects of the art, helps build confidence and growth in my son step by step. I could not recommend AJ more and look forward to having him be a long term coach to my son in Taekwondo!

Ajay personalizes every class - to challenge and improve techniques. I thought I was relatively fit, but he always knows how to make me sweat :) He constantly inspires to do better, so I look forward to our training sessions!

Master Ajay is hands-down the best coach my children have ever had. He has been training my children for several years.
