About Adesola

I am a graduate of Mathematics and I have been teaching for over 10 years now. Throughout my academic career, I honed my communication, creativity, and motivational skills. My commitment to fostering collaborative and exciting educational environments positions me to successfully encourage and develop productive and accomplished students.
Highlights of my qualifications include:
Mathematics teaching certification.
Experience in teaching students online using different platforms such as Edmodo, zoom, google classroom, Microsoft teams etc
Experience creating targeted lesson plans to achieve curriculum requirements and facilitate a personalized approach to education while stimulating students’ enjoyment and appreciation for learning.
Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, patience, organizational, and time management abilities.
With my experience and credentials, I am ready to dedicate myself to the highest standards of learning.

About the lesson

I Adesola Olufikayo Fatoye a graduate of Mathematics strives for continued excellence and provide exception contribution to the development of any organization I find myself in. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. I enjoyed working to with people to achieve common goals.
My teaching philosophy is based on the development of every child. I have high and realistic expectations of every pupil to enable them to reach their full potential and behave in a suitable manner. This has been achieved by providing good quality first hand experiences which are stimulating and interesting. I have gained good behaviour strategies, which have a fair and positive approach during my teaching experience and have put them in to practice. I believe that only with excellent behaviour in and out of the classroom and the development of strong relationships that the children be able to reach their full potentials. I display children’s targets allowing them to be mindful of their goals and achievements. This allows the children to celebrate success. I place a huge importance on using different learning styles and strategies to help the pupil have a full knowledge of the concept I’m passing across to them. I plan my teaching to the individual learning needs taking into account special needs, cultural backgrounds and emotional consideration.
