About Riddham

I am a Finance professional holding an MBA from T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), one of India's premier business schools, and have cleared 6 actuarial science papers from the Institute of Actuaries of India. This combination of management education and actuarial training gives me a strong command over Mathematics, Statistics, Probability, and Finance — both conceptually and in practical application.
Over the past three years, I have actively helped students and working professionals across a wide range of subjects and needs — including Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, Excel, case studies, assignments, presentations, and interview preparation. My experience spans one-on-one online sessions, and I am comfortable teaching students from middle school level all the way through to undergraduate studies and beyond. I meet every student where they are and build from there, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in concept clarity over rote learning. I focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind what they are solving, which naturally builds confidence and makes problem-solving feel far less intimidating. I am patient, structured in my approach, and genuinely invested in seeing each student improve. For me, the best outcome of any session is when a student walks away thinking "I actually get this now”.

About the lesson

Most students struggle with Math and Finance not because they lack ability, but because nobody ever explained the "why" behind what they were solving. That changes here.
My sessions are built around your doubts, your pace, and your goals — not a rigid lesson plan. I start from where you are, identify exactly where the gap is, and fill it with clarity rather than shortcuts. Whether you are in middle school tackling algebra or a college student drowning in financial accounting, the approach remains the same — understand first, solve second, confidence follows automatically.
With an MBA, actuarial training, and the love for Mathematics, I bring both academic depth and the ability to make complex things simple. Come with your toughest/smallest doubt — the one you were too hesitant to ask in class. That is exactly where we will start!
