Hi everyone, I'm a FMCG professional with over 18 years of experience in the retail, distribution, & manufacturing industries. I strongly believe that only bookish knowledge is not sufficient to sustain in this world, industry exposure or basic knowledge sharing is the key to success. I'm here to share my knowledge by way of capturing important areas of work like Retail Management, Consumer Behavior, Economies of Scale, Product costing, Operations Management, Trade Activation, Brand Management, Cash flow statement, Final accounts, Budgetary control and People Management, including Human resource and induction flow. Last but not the least, SOP making for different verticals of business, like Purchase, Materials management & inventory management along with SCM, logistics and warehousing.
The sessions would be more practical that would showcase, how different verticals and field of study contributes towards achieving common corporate goal and vision.
Lots of incidents would make the sessions lighthearted filled with humor.
