About Rebecca
I am a goal-driven individual with a strong passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. With a background in Civil Engineering and an MBA in progress, I aim to combine my technical expertise and leadership skills to help others succeed. My experience as a tutor at the Academic Student Success Center at Penn State and through Literacy Volunteers has allowed me to support students in subjects like English and Calculus. Additionally, I serve as a leader in the Kids Ministry at my church, where I guide and mentor children. My mission is to inspire learning and make complex topics accessible to everyone."

My lessons are designed to feel more like a conversation, creating a relaxed environment for learning. We’ll start with the basics of grammar and vocabulary, which helps me assess the student's level and identify areas that may need revisiting. I find that using visual aids, such as clips from French movies, greatly enhances the learning experience. My lessons are open to learners of all levels, ages 9 and up. I am passionate about sharing the French language and helping students develop new skills
