The "Ins, Qp, Ms" Framework: For 0450 and 0455, case studies and data responses are everything. We systematically deconstruct the Insert (Ins) to extract relevant business data, break down the Question Paper (Qp) to understand the exact command words, and reverse-engineer the Marking Scheme (Ms). I teach students exactly how to structure their answers to capture every available mark.
Direct, Constructive Feedback: I do not waste time on forced positive reinforcement. My feedback is purely constructive.
