I want my students to feel like they have someone in their corner throughout the learning process, not just another person explaining slides to them!
I’ve been mentoring my juniors this way for years, working with them over time to understand concepts, build Anki systems, tackle UWorld and question banks and learn from their mistakes rather than just counting their scores.
Sessions are usually 45–60 minutes and highly interactive, with the approach changing according to your level, goals, and what you’re struggling with. My aim is to make studying more structured, active, and genuinely less overwhelming.
