After 4 years of working with students, I have learned and applied the best teaching methods for them to develop a better performance in all their courses.
I always keep a friendly attitude. Students understand the concepts much better when they feel like they’re working with a friend rather than an actual teacher.
I focus on exercises and training rather than definitions. Mathematics & Physics are all about exercises. The goal is for the student to train his mind well enough to do any exercise by himself.
I keep an eye on the weaknesses of the student so I can prepare customized exercises specific to what he needs to improve.
These methods have worked for all courses especially High School (trigonometry, pythagore, functions, basic physics), CEGEP (Differential and Integral Calculus, Mechanics) and University (Advanced Calculus and differential equations)
