My name is Joshua Jang and I am a student studying Mechanical Engineering at a University level. I am passionate to help students learn and expand their knowledge, while also trying to make it fun!

As a tutor, I believe it is my job to fully break down a subject to make it as easy as possible to understand. Learning should be exciting and fun, so I always try to bring positive energy to my lessons. Within a lesson there are four levels we must always go through:
- What it is exactly
- How does it work?
- How do we apply it?
- Let's try it!
To go into further detail about the lesson, generally, for the "what" of the lesson I will explain the method/technique we are covering while trying to connect it to something you already know. Secondly, for the "how" we would progress through steps of applying the method/technique, examples here will be important. Lastly, here is the fun part as you get to test your knowledge and give it a try!
I am available to teach math (algebra, functions, calculus, etc.) and science (physics, chemistry, etc). Generally, I am still a student at University so I can teach any level from middle school, high school, and first year University/college.
