About Mark Ivann
Hello there! I am Teacher Mark. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Biology and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Biology. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in Biology, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Algebra, and Arithmetic, as well as experience in research, scientific analysis, and problem-solving.
As a tutor, I believe that students learn best when lessons are clear, organized, and adapted to their individual needs. I take time to explain difficult concepts step by step and make sure that students understand the reasoning behind each lesson rather than simply memorizing information. I encourage questions and create a supportive learning environment where students can develop both their knowledge and confidence.
For Mathematics, Algebra, and Arithmetic, I use guided examples, practice exercises, and systematic problem-solving techniques. For Biology, Science, and Natural Sciences, I connect concepts with practical examples and real-world applications to make lessons easier to understand and remember.
A typical lesson starts with a brief review or assessment of the student’s current understanding. I then introduce the topic, explain the key concepts, work through examples, and provide guided practice. At the end of each session, I review the most important points and address any areas that may still need clarification.
My lessons are suitable for elementary and high school students who need assistance in Mathematics, Arithmetic, Algebra, General Science, Biology, and Natural Sciences. I can also support senior high school and introductory college-level students in Biology and related subjects.
I am committed to being patient, prepared, professional, and dependable in every lesson. My goal is not only to help students improve academically, but also to help them become more confident, independent, and comfortable with subjects they may initially find challenging.

Hello, my name is Teacher Mark, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Biology and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Biology. As a tutor, I focus on making difficult concepts easier to understand by breaking them down into simple, clear, and practical explanations.
My teaching method is student-centered and flexible. I adjust my approach depending on the learner’s level, strengths, and areas that need improvement. For Mathematics, Algebra, and Arithmetic, I explain concepts step by step, demonstrate sample problems, and then guide students as they solve similar exercises independently. For Science, Biology, and Natural Sciences, I use relatable examples, diagrams, comparisons, and real-life applications to help students understand concepts instead of simply memorizing information.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of the previous topic or an assessment of what the student already knows. I then introduce the new concept, explain the important principles, demonstrate examples, and provide guided practice. The lesson usually ends with a short exercise, recap, and clarification of any remaining questions.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my strong background in biological and natural sciences combined with my ability to explain lessons in a simple and approachable way. My academic training in Medical Biology and my ongoing graduate studies in Biology allow me to provide scientifically accurate explanations while still making lessons understandable and engaging.
