About Ruan
I am a medical doctor currently taking a break from the busy hospital scene. I am passionate about developing skills in others - especially language! I am a native Afrikaans speaker who tutors the language at recreational and school level. I am proud to be able to teach every and any kind of student due to previous tutoring experience.

I believe tutoring should be tailored to the needs of each and every unique student. After meeting a new student, I adjust my teaching to develop 3 key areas, i.e., grammar, casual communication, and comprehension. These three aspects are cardinal to being able to truly master a language.
