I am Dr M Salman, a medically trained professional with specialized training in Nephrology and over six years of clinical experience in a tertiary care hospital. My career has been built on a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, and continuous learning, all of which I bring into my teaching.
Having worked in a high-acuity hospital environment, I have managed a wide range of complex medical conditions, particularly in internal medicine and renal care. This practical exposure allows me to teach beyond textbooks, helping students understand not just the “what,” but the “why” and “how” behind medical concepts.

This helps students not only understand the subject but also retain and apply knowledge effectively in exams and real-life settings.
I use a combination of interactive discussion, case-based learning, and exam-oriented strategies. Emphasis is placed on high-yield topics, clinical reasoning, and developing a clear thought process—especially useful for viva, OSCEs, and written exams. I also adapt my pace and style depending on the student’s level and goals.
A typical lesson runs between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing enough time for concept explanation, active discussion, and revision. I also provide guidance on study techniques, exam preparation, and how to approach difficult topics efficiently.
