About Serena
I am a doctor and a yoga teacher, all my life I have liked helping others and learning.
I had the opportunity to grow up next to several yogis who, since I was a girl, have taught me about techniques and theory, and I like the possibility of humbly transmitting what I know, to help those who need it.
I trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, yoga therapy, yoga with elements, Eutonia and yoga for children and adolescents. I also learned about Ayurveda, healthy eating and, obviously, my medical career that brought all these passions together.
I give classes to groups or individuals, both online and face-to-face, and I like to stay a little longer, since there are always things to share with the laumjos.

I like to cover medicine by the aspect of caring for the body, mind and spirit.
I offer a space to share knowledge, experiences and theory of personal care and of the other, talking about medicine, ayurveda, asana techniques, philosophy.
Then we practice listening to the body, adapting to the possibility of each student.
Finally, meditation to close with a unique meeting and bring us new knowledge at the end of each class.
I work with adults and older adults.
