About Natasha

I'm a Medical Student, In my final year. I have been tutoring for the last 10 years.

Originally from Belfast, I studied at St Andrew's University before moving to Italy.

I have co-written books for Omnes Education on how to sit Aptitude tests and written question banks for Medical School testing, which included step-by-step explanations for each answer. In addition, I work for TheMSAG, where I provide interview guidance and training for entry to Dental/Medical School.

I teach Physics, Biology, and Chemistry to A-level, as well as teaching Medical school/biomedical modules.

Additionally I tutor English Literature and Psychology

About the lesson

I understand that everyone learns differently, so my teaching style will be adapted for each student. In general when teaching a subject, I will spend some time ascertaining what the student does understand, vs what is unclear. From here I will help to fill gaps in knowledge ensuring that there is a good foundation in the subject. Then we will tackle the topic/subject with which the student has difficulty. This will be done using a mixture of theory discussion and practice questions that will demonstrate if the student is able to apply the knowledge learned. This will also ensure that they can handle any type of questions they encounter on the topic and means that other topics that build on this knowledge can be easily understood. I have experience teaching students with ADHD and low motivation for subjects, I can help with improving focus and aiding in enthusiasm for Science subjects.
