About Jeremiah
I am a sporty person, I go to the gym regularly and play basketball actively, I have been involved in music from a young age sing regularly with a choir and at some gigs, I have also started learning and playing guitar over the past 2 years. language learning is also a great hobby of mine, I am currently learning German and Spanish. I take great joy in teaching and I could say that is another one of my hobbies which I started 2 years ago. 4 years ago I took up skiing which has now become one of my favourite sports. Along with all this I am also a 4th year medical student looking to specialize in Anaesthesia after I have completed my Bacholors Degree.

My teaching method for Mathematics is practice practice practice, during our lessons we will look at a topic which is found difficult and dive into questions after an explanation of the topic, I allow the student to attempt the question first,then show the solution/mistakes made on my virtual whiteboard which is visible at all times during the class. I like to make my lessons intaractive and sometimes we will discuss where the student made the mistake in a non condescending way, to let them know mistakes are normal and build confidence. Ive seen great success in this method.
My teachin method for Biology is to first explain a topic in a simplified way using real life examples/ topics I believe the student would not forget easily, after i feel the student has an adequate understanding of the topic, we once again dive into exam styled questions to make sure they are answering with respect to the marking scheme.
