About Louis
I have teaching experience through mentoring others at school and took part in a teaching programme with a local primary school. I have also recently taken my GCSEs, achieving all A*s in maths and sciences; I want to pass on this knowledge to younger students.
I have several years of experience working with young people in the charity and healthcare sectors. I’ve worked as a freelance tutor over the last few years, helping students get into grammar and private schools in London.

I believe all students have the potential to get top grades in their exams. From our first lesson, I will help you identify key areas for improvement in your subject and develop a systematic approach to overcoming your difficulties. Lessons can be tailored to your exam specification to ensure maximum utility. My approach with students is underpinned by dialeticism (i.e. talking through problems rather then merely learning methods), giving lessons a casual yet rigorous quality and encouraging critical thinking from the start.
