About Sami

I am a second-year Medical Student at the University of Edinburgh. I have 2 years of tutoring experience, during which I have helped over 20 students achieve their academic goals.

I achieved a UCAT score of 2920 (Top 10%) and received offers from Edinburgh, Dundee and St. Andrews during my own application.

Having succeeded in multiple medicine interviews and trained through specialist workshops, I know what it takes to stand out. My tutoring focuses on building confidence, structuring answers, and delivering naturally under pressure.

About the lesson

My lessons are completely tailored to your needs, whether you're starting your UCAT preparation or aiming to push your score into the top percentiles. We'll begin by identifying your strengths and weaknesses across each section of the exam, then build a structured plan to maximise your performance. Every lesson includes targeted practice, proven strategies, and detailed feedback to help you improve both your accuracy and speed.

I place a strong emphasis on understanding the exam rather than relying on shortcuts or guesswork. Together, we'll develop effective techniques for Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, and Situational Judgement, while also focusing on time management and exam strategy. By the end of our lessons, you'll have the confidence, skills, and approach needed to perform at your best on test day.
