About Sadique

I am currently in my second year of studying Medicine at UNSW. I am passionate about Science and enjoy learning it each day and passing on that knowledge to whoever I can. Throughout my High School years, I worked hard to stay on top of everything and still try my best to do it, and I know that sometimes it can get overwhelming. While I have a good grasp of the subjects I tutor, I also like to be a mentor and be someone whom my students can trust to share their experiences and seek guidance from.

About the lesson

A tutor has the opportunity to shape a students' mind, in more ways than one. The most important thing a tutor can do is to make the best use of this opportunity and let the student discover the best version of themselves.

I've been tutoring high school students for about 2 years now. I encourage my students to ask as many questions as possible and am ready to explain the same concept multiple times until they have a complete grasp over the topic. I am also an enthusiastic person, who can motivate others to explore their passions and achieve their goals.

I have found tutoring most interesting as it gives me a chance to revise all concepts, yet through a different perspective each time. I enjoy when students ask questions that I had not thought of/explored. It promotes learning in both directions, there is always something new to learn. Also, knowing that I am helping a student inch closer towards their academic goals gives me a sense of great satisfaction.

Since I have completed high school recently, I am aware of the questions and/or difficulties students face in understanding certain concepts and I can put this quality into effective guidance.

I am able to tutor students in Math and Science from Grade 6-10 and in Biology for grade 11-12. Lessons are usually 1-1.5 hours in length.
