About Ankita

I am a dedicated medical student with a strong passion for teaching and a long-term aspiration to work in education. Medicine has strengthened my ability to explain complex concepts clearly, patiently, and in a way that is easy to understand.

I'm in my early twenties, and I bring both energy and professionalism to my teaching. I genuinely enjoy interacting with people and thrive in collaborative, supportive learning environments. I am committed to creating a positive, structured, and encouraging space where students feel confident asking questions and developing their understanding.

I take my role as an educator seriously and always aim to be reliable, well-prepared, and attentive to each student’s individual needs.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is student-centred and structured, focusing on building strong understanding and confidence. Lessons are tailored to each student’s level and goals.

I use a clear, step-by-step teaching style, breaking down complex topics into simple ideas and reinforcing learning through practice and exam-style questions.

Lessons typically last one hour, though longer sessions can be arranged if needed, especially for exam preparation or intensive revision. Sessions are structured but flexible, allowing time for questions, practice, and consolidation.

I have over five years of tutoring experience, primarily in mathematics. I achieved an A* in GCSE Mathematics and an A in A-level Mathematics, and I am currently a medical student. My academic background has strengthened my analytical thinking, discipline, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly and logically.

My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students, particularly those studying GCSE Mathematics, as well as students looking to build confidence, improve grades, or prepare for exams. I aim to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves.
