About Carmen

MY BEGGININGS
I started the practice of Yoga at age 16, when I met my first Yoga master whom I maintained the most traditional disciple / master relationship with in an individualized teaching process during 12 years of Yoga of Synthesis which includes all types of Yoga.

TRAINING
This ancient traditional relationship, which is not common these days, allows a more intense and profound transmission of techniques.
Taking into account that the renewal of all the cells in the body takes a period of 6 years, the disciple just practices and learns during this period of time, and in the next six years the disciple learns to teach this information, closely monitored by the master.
Without such careful training, only empty techniques can be offered to students. In addition, the energy emanating from the energy body of an experienced teacher transmits internal information directly to the student's energy body. For this reason, a close relationship between teacher and disciple makes a notable difference in the preparation of a teacher.

INVESTIGATION
After this training and preparation, I traveled to England, Scotland and Brazil, looking for ancient and almost lost techniques, such as Tantric Healing Harmonic Overtone Chanting and Swastya Yoga. And as a result of all these years of research Dance Yoga has emerged, a method that integrates sound and meditation as a whole, in a sequence that is never boring, helping students to experience a profound physical and psychological effect.

MY JOB TODAY
In the last 20 years I have taught in different areas. I sometimes work closely with physicians and psychologists, curing all kinds of physical and psychological disorders and diseases. Sometimes I introduce Yoga practices into the stressful world of business. And recently, having become a tango dancer, I also help, heal and prepare the bodies of professional and amateur dancers for better performance. Another area is education, applying Yoga techniques in language teaching, favoring concentration, focus and memory.

About the lesson

Stress clouds our thinking and it is not possible to make the right decisions. We need to get out of this state as soon as possible.!

Yoga breathing, hand postures and mental and healing sound techniques free us from both momentary and chronic stress -which is the root of many diseases.

In a personalized 30-minute session and according to the physical and emotional symptoms that each person feels at that moment, we can restore physical and emotional balance.
