About Alexander

Before meditation, my life was an ongoing process of completing tasks. The stress and anxiety involved in attaining goal after goal did not allow me to enjoy quality time with myself and with others. The overwhelming sensation of not having enough energy to keep up with the demands of my dream lifestyle was taking a toll on my health. All that sacrifice was not giving me any special nor deep joy in life. With meditation, I learned how to recharge my energy levels, manage the stress in my mind and body, and navigate through the obstacles of daily life with confidence and enthusiasm. There was an evident before and after in my life. It is my wish to transmit this to my students. I wish them to learn to gain freedom of mind with simple methods and practical approaches and establish themselves in sustainable peace and life balance.

About the lesson

I am an advanced meditation practitioner with over 15 years of experience with meditation and breathing techniques.

My approach includes an in depth personality profiling, a customized needs assessment, the development of a daily practical routine and tips to overcome mental obstacles.

My lessons range from entry level to advanced practitioners. Our sessions will cover profound theory and knowledge about meditation and how to obtain its benefits followed by a practical sessions suited for short or long term needs and goals.

With my approach, I will support you to live the experience of diving deep into meditation, calmness and relaxation, obtain mental clarity and enjoyment of life.

Perfect! Alex is an excellent meditation instructor. Under his guidance going into meditation practice after the breathing exercise, I was able to have a glimpse into the beautiful state that meditation can bring. I experienced this kind of state during a sitting meditation for the first time.
