I’m Priya, a self-taught meditation practitioner with over a decade of personal experience. Since the age of 8, I’ve explored teachings from various spiritual paths, always seeking deeper clarity rather than following a single fixed method. My approach is open-minded, genuine, and based on real practice—not theory. I believe meditation should feel natural and comforting, not complicated. I’m here to share what has worked for me, in a safe and non-judgmental space. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to reconnect with yourself, I’ll guide you with patience, presence, and care.

My classes are a reflection of that personal journey—rooted in experience, not fixed methods. Each session is simple, peaceful, and tailored to your needs. Whether you’re a student, working professional, or someone just curious about meditation, I will gently guide you through practices that help calm the mind, reduce stress, and deepen self-awareness. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and breathe.
