About Malte

Hi there! I am Malte, a certified Meditation teacher :)
I have been meditating regularly for about 5 years and have been giving introductory workshops in meditation for 3 years. The core of my work is my own daily practice. In addition, meditation has now become a way of life for me and I keep discovering intersections with all areas of life - mindful eating, conscious consumption, body awareness, a healthy mind, emotional intelligence - the list could go on for a long time. My curiosity led me to several retreats and to an ashram in India, where I could deepen my understanding. So far I have mainly offered my workshops in Berlin, but I have also been able to give them in Armenia, Georgia and at a few festivals.

About the lesson

The most important element of my work is You. Why do You want to bring meditation into your life? What changes do You want to change? Which technique is right for You?
We start from the very beginning with these basic questions, try different approaches and techniques and then develop a daily habit plan together based on our learnings. In regular calls / meeting we reflect on your experiences, clarify questions and dive deeper into the practice together.
The general principles of my work are:
- Everyone can meditate, it is all about the right approach
- Listen to your heart and your gut
- Start slowly, go your own pace
- Everything has its time, do not be too strict with you
