About BLISSFUL

He is running his own Meditation Healing center. Techniques: Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Bhramari.

Concentration: Breath focus, body scan, object visualization.
Mantra/Japa: Repeating sounds like "Om" or specific words.
Chakra Meditation: Focusing on energy centers.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): Guided relaxation.
Vipassana: Insight meditation, observing reality.
Walking Meditation: Mindful movement.
Active Meditations: dynamic, Kundalini meditations (for preparing for stillness).
