About Megan
Inspiring confidence is at the core of my teaching philosophy. I believe that when students feel capable, valued, and supported, they are more willing to take risks and grow as learners. My goal is to create a classroom environment, whether in person or online, where every child feels safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and celebrate progress. Through patient guidance, engaging lessons, and consistent encouragement, I help students see their own potential and develop a lasting belief in themselves. Over my 22 years in education, I’ve seen how confidence transforms not only academic success but also a child’s enthusiasm for learning and sense of self.
