About
I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse with experience working in child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and community mental health teams, currently working in a senior clinical and leadership role.
Alongside my professional experience, I have extensive hands-on experience supporting children of all ages through caring for my five nephews, from infancy through to adolescence. This has strengthened my ability to be calm, patient, and adaptable to different needs and personalities.
I offer supportive 1:1 sessions focused on emotional wellbeing, anxiety, confidence building, and coping strategies for young people, as well as guidance and reassurance for parents. My approach is calm, practical, and compassionate, helping individuals feel safe, understood, and more confident in managing challenges.
Please note this is not a crisis or therapy service, but a supportive space focused on emotional education, wellbeing, and practical strategies. Where appropriate, I will always signpost to relevant NHS or professional services.
