About Tamilah
Coding is essentially just another language for structural expression, really. I bring my 13 years of experience to every interaction, ensuring that we never get lost in the weeds. We start by tackling specific logic problems before moving into full project based learning.
You receive a hands-on mini project assigned after every class to solidify the concepts we covered. It is important to me that you walk away with a working prototype in hand. Everything stays focused on what you actually need to build. We build the solution together bit by bit until it just works.

Programming feels like a natural extension of the architectural design process for me. Holding an MArch from the Bartlett and a BA from Cambridge, I bridge the gap between creative form and cold logic. My students are architecture students at the AA, Bartlett, or Manchester School of Architecture who want to add computational design tools to their practice.
I frequently guide intermediate learners, kids, board exam students, and adults through the complexities of SQL and databases, debugging techniques, JavaScript, C++, and Python. My studio-savvy approach ensures that technical hurdles never obstruct your design vision. I keep things grounded and accessible while we work. You will find that I prefer clarity over jargon.
