About Nancy
Returning learners often come to me feeling stuck in their technical progress. My guitar journey spans 17 years of gigging throughout the Australian Latin music circuit. I hold a BM Contemporary Music degree from AIM. That academic foundation combines with my professional performance history to inform how I explain music. We focus on power chords, scales and modes, and reading tabs. I also cover improvisation and soloing, ear training, lead guitar, and barre chords. I speak Spanish natively as well. These components help me guide players back to the fretboard with clarity. My approach remains grounded in real world performance demands.

Picture sitting down with your guitar while we map out a complex scale across the neck. You might struggle with a barre chord transition at first. I offer immediate adjustments to your hand placement to ensure comfort. We maintain a steady flow through lead guitar exercises. I record a progress review every single month for you to watch back. This feedback loop helps you track your improvement over time. The atmosphere stays relaxed during our time together. We keep the momentum moving forward without unnecessary pressure. You leave each session with a clear path for your home practice.
