About Molly

My name is Molly Lebrot, I am 24 years old and I graduated with a bac + 5 in management specializing in the digital transformation of companies. Today, I am a junior logistics project manager and I support a process transformation project using agile change management methods.

Passionate about travel, discovery, and new challenges, my main asset is my ability to adapt and integrate into new environments.

Dynamic and honest, I take every day the opportunities that allow me to become a better version of myself.
For this I use the lessons I learn from my reading in personal development and nourish myself with encounters and experiences.

I started working when I was 16, in a canteen where I prepared and served meals for 150 children. After meals, I cleaned and tidied the reception hall with three other women. Teamwork, efficiency and courage are words that I understood from this first job.

Then, when I was 17, I worked in the summers as a home help for the elderly. I had thirty minutes to cook, wash and clean, and 15 minutes by bicycle between each patient to get to the home of the next patient. In total, I cycled 3 hours a day to treat my 5 patients who were, most of the time, in extreme loneliness and total disarray.
Suffice to say that you had to have a good heart and a lot empathy to achieve this mission. This experience allowed me to understand the working conditions in which the medical staff in this sector find themselves, where human resources are lacking and where their management is very complex.

I also took part in the age 20, live 4 months in West Africa to participate in the commercial development of a social enterprise. During these 4 months, I worked with a team of 7 disabled men who did not speak my language. I learned the Sousou dialect (spoken in the Guinean capital) and came out of this experience more enlightened on the world, and stronger.

I am grateful to have studied in an institute private training in which I have had the chance to be accompanied since my first year of studies.
Oriented towards the creation, takeover and management of a business, the programs of this school are designed so that students can develop skills in management, finance, and marketing through the realization of concrete and professionalizing projects in partnership with companies from various sectors.

After my 4th year of studies, I left to join the corps European solidarity in August 2019 for 4 months in Moldova, in order to find myself in an intercultural environment and to progress in English.
In addition to developing my language skills, I gave my time in a shelter of 350 dogs and 100 cats, in the middle of the c Moldavian ampagne. The special living conditions of these animals in this country touched me deeply because this situation is a real problem in this region of Eastern Europe. I took pleasure in contributing to the improvement of their daily life and discovering this region of Europe other than through tourism.

In addition, I had the opportunity in the 3rd year of studies , to do my work-study program, which allows me today to have 3 years of experience in a company.

I started at the age of 21 as an automobile fleet manager, then I progressed to a junior buyer position, and finally I ended up being hired this year on a permanent contract as a logistics project manager .

Today I am trying to pass on what I have had the chance to learn in recent years. Superprof is a great way for me to share these lessons with motivated people.

C'est une jeune femme brillante qui a la faculté de saisir rapidement des concepts qui lui sont étrangers. Curieuse et impliquée, elle a en plus été très arrangeante sur les horaires sachant que nous vivons dans deux pays différents avec 6 heures de décalage horaire.
