About Nomvula
I am a dancer, choreographer and teacher! I have been professionally trained for over 12 years and have been teaching Hip Hop, Contemporary, Afrobeats, Modern and jazz funk for over 7 years. I have taught beginner and advanced levels as well as kids and adults classes and my favorite thing about teaching is being able to share the joy and freedom with other dancers!

I base my classes on my students goals or desired outcomes and I like to create a fun and high energy learning environment where students are encouraged to make mistakes and grow steadily with practice. I believe that repetition is the best method for becoming more comfortable and proficient in any dance style. - so some exercises will be repeated at the beginning and end of each lesson.
