About Anoop
I'm a Chef from India who has worked in some of the best restaurants in Europe, traveling extensively and training in the fundamentals of French, Italian, Danish and Bulgarian cuisine. My last job was as a Chef De Partie in a one Michelin Star restaurant called Villa Naj in Stradella, Italy, under Chef Alessandro Proietti.

My approach relies on fortifying the fundamentals of cooking and most importantly inspire passion and love for food and the process of cooking. The instructions will not only carry recipes and techniques but also explain the basic chemistry and logic behind the actions suggested. My focus is to teach you how to cook anything from scratch and I mean anything, nothing is off limits! I want to transfer the joy that I feel in my heart when I'm standing in front of the stove bursting with pride at the prospect of feeding my family and guests with absolutely delicious food that will create a brilliantly memorable moment of magic.

Details
If the student requires me to travel for more than 50 Km, the fee for one hour of teaching will be 1200.
The student needs to cancel the class at least 24 hours in advance to be refunded the fee charged for the scheduled class.
