About Akash

Mixed martial artists having and experience of 5 years as an athelete in MMA and 3 years of coaching beginners and intermediate students, also BLUE belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu from Carlson Gracie Thailand and currently Training under number one academy in INDIA, Indian combat sports academy (ICSA) And also trained internationally and having good experience in this field.

About the lesson

Kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu Classes contains the basics fundamentals of the martial art and it also includes conditioning for the particular martial art which helps you to move smooth.
Fitness and gym sessions will be depends on the goals you seek.
