About Fatima
I am a Foreign Language Teacher. I started my professional path in Ecuador (South America) as a Primary Teacher in 1999.
Later on, I settled in Spain, where in 2015 I validated my qualifications at the University of Malaga, within the Faculty of Education Sciences.
In 2018, I moved to the UK, where I had the opportunity to start supporting adults. I have always been fascinated by the cultural exchange that comes with language learning, I truly believe that learning a language is not just an academic process, but a human one: it is about gaining confidence, expressing oneself and connecting with others.

My approach centres on active communication. I believe that speaking the language from day one is the fastest way to build fluency and confidence.
I personalise every lesson, for some students, I focus on real-life conversational scenarios/role-play. For others, I break down grammar step-by-step.
I typically start my 1 hour lesson by reviewing previous knowledge, dive into an interactive activity/grammar, and spend the second half practising it through conversational tasks.
I use real life-conversations with the essential vocabulary they will actually need in day-to-day life.
